Overweight is generally defined as having more body fat than is optimally healthy. so many people looking for solution to get rid of their overweight with some dietary product or supplement. i think that is nonsense, there are no dietary product or supplement to get rid of their overweight instantly.

Maybe you're a busy person who spend 8 hours a day work or 40 hours a week but to lazy to do some exercise, or maybe you're the one who spend couple hours in the bar to hang out with your friends, or also the one who choose delicious red meat steak rather than a bowl of simple salad.
