
Overweight is generally defined as having more body fat than is optimally healthy. so many people looking for solution to get rid of their overweight with some dietary product or supplement. i think that is nonsense, there are no dietary product or supplement to get rid of their overweight instantly.
Maybe you're a busy person who spend 8 hours a day work or 40 hours a week but to lazy to do some exercise, or maybe you're the one who spend couple hours in the bar to hang out with your friends, or also the one who choose delicious red meat steak rather than a bowl of simple salad. That destructive lifestyle you choose is the only problem that responsible of your overweight. Because of the only problem is the lifestyle that you choose, changing the destructive lifestyle to constructive or healthy lifestyle is the only answer. the most important thing it's all come from yourself!
You must set your priority to live fit and healthy life. Spend some time (my suggestion 1 hour on saturday and sunday morning) in a week to do a simple exercise like jogging, eat healthy food choices, etc.Yes! it's not an easy way to do. you must to do it step-by-step, day by day trying to change your destructive lifestyle to healthy lifestyle until it's become habit.
The other factor that really help you to do a lifestyle transformation is a motivation. build a mindset to live healthy, looking for information or articles to build motivation. and the rest depends on yourself.
